dc.description.abstractIn the digital era, the use of technology has become an inseparable part of daily life. Companies find it challenging to regulate employee activities during working hours. In this regard, it was found that employees of PT Inti Indosawit Subur engage in minor cyberloafing indirectly related to employee productivity. This study aims to investigate the influence of cyberloafing and employee empowerment on job satisfaction among PT Inti Indosawit Subur employees. The impact of cyberloafing and employee empowerment will be analyzed partially and simultaneously on job satisfaction. The research methodology employed is quantitative with an associative approach. The population comprises PT Inti Indosawit Subur employees with a sample of 76 respondents, using simple random sampling. Primary data were obtained through direct questionnaire distribution, while secondary data were gathered through literature review. Data analysis methods include instrument testing, classic assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The research findings indicate that the cyberloafing variable (X1) has a positive but insignificant effect on job satisfaction, with a t-value of 0.195 < 1.993 and a significance value (sig) of 0.846 > 0.05, along with a multiple linear regression coefficient of 0.025. Employee empowerment (X2) has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction, with a t-value of 5.630 > 1.993 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, with a regression coefficient of 0.676. Simultaneously, the examination reveals that cyberloafing and employee empowerment variables jointly influence job satisfaction by 33.7%, while the remaining 66.3% is affected by external factors beyond the scope of this research model.en_US
