    Abstract
    The development in the business world necessitates companies to have high- quality human resources (HR) to face changes and competition. The importance of job satisfaction among employees of PT. Infiniti International Logistic Medan can influence the quality of their performance for the company in dealing with changes and competition. Through the practice of job crafting, employees take the initiative to adjust their tasks according to their skills, thereby enhancing their work quality and creating job satisfaction. Job demands represent the responsibility of employees for their tasks. Facing these demands helps employees develop their abilities to deliver optimal performance and achieve job satisfaction. This study aims to determine the influence of job crafting and job demands on employee job satisfaction at PT. Infiniti International Logistic Medan. The influence of job crafting and job demands will be analyzed both partially and simultaneously. This research utilizes a quantitative method with a sample of 48 employees, selected using simple random sampling technique. Data collection is done through questionnaires using Likert scales distributed directly to the respondents at the PT. Infiniti International Logistic Medan office, while secondary data is obtained from literature studies. Data analysis methods include validity testing, reliability testing, assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing using SPSS. The results of the research indicate that job crafting and job demands have a significant influence on employee job satisfaction at PT. Infiniti International Logistic Medan by 29.3%. This implies that job crafting and job demands motivate employees to develop their abilities to achieve job satisfaction.
