Productivity is the ability to generate work in accordance with predetermined plans. Factors that can influence productivity include emotional intelligence, intellectual intelligence, and organizational culture. If productivity declines within a company, it can lead to a decrease in the quality of goods and services produced by the company, potentially damaging its reputation and customer trust. This study aims to investigate the influence of emotional intelligence, intellectual intelligence, and organizational culture on productivity. The effects of emotional intelligence, intellectual intelligence, and organizational culture will be analyzed partially and simultaneously on productivity at the JNE branch in Medan Amplas. The research utilized a quantitative approach with an associative design. The population of this study comprised all 78 employees of the JNE branch in Medan Amplas, with a sample selection technique employing probability sampling. Primary data were collected through direct distribution of questionnaires, while secondary data were obtained through literature review.
