dc.description.abstract | Productivity is the ability to generate work in accordance with
predetermined plans. Factors that can influence productivity include emotional
intelligence, intellectual intelligence, and organizational culture. If productivity
declines within a company, it can lead to a decrease in the quality of goods and
services produced by the company, potentially damaging its reputation and
customer trust.
This study aims to investigate the influence of emotional intelligence,
intellectual intelligence, and organizational culture on productivity. The effects of
emotional intelligence, intellectual intelligence, and organizational culture will be
analyzed partially and simultaneously on productivity at the JNE branch in Medan
Amplas.
The research utilized a quantitative approach with an associative design.
The population of this study comprised all 78 employees of the JNE branch in
Medan Amplas, with a sample selection technique employing probability sampling.
Primary data were collected through direct distribution of questionnaires, while
secondary data were obtained through literature review. The analysis methods
employed included validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple
linear regression, partial test, simultaneous test, and determination test, processed
using SPSS software.
The results of this study indicate that emotional intelligence and intellectual
intelligence significantly influence the productivity of employees at the JNE branch
in Medan Amplas in accordance with the research findings and hypotheses (Ha1,
Ha2). Meanwhile, organizational culture has a positive but non-significant effect
on productivity (Ha3 accepted). Simultaneous testing of emotional intelligence,
intellectual intelligence, and organizational culture variables reveals a combined
influence level of 65.3%, while the remaining 34.7% is influenced by factors beyond
the scope of this research model | en_US |
