Abstract
Employees are the most important part of a company, employees are also the key to the success of a company or as an asset in the future.
This study aims to determine how the influence of commitment, Work Family Conflict and Corporate Image on Turnover Intention of CU Employees. SONDANG NAULI. This type of research is quantitative research with an associative approach. The population in this study are employees in CU. SONDANG NAULI with a total of 45 respondents by asking questions. 73% are dominated by 21-23 year olds and 25 female employees, by asking questions in the form of a questionnaire.
Data collection techniques in this study used primary data obtained from questionnaires and secondary data obtained through books and journals related to this study. The data analysis method used is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear analysis, partial test and determination test.
The results of this study indicate that the variables of commitment, Work Family Conflict and Corporate Image have a positive and significant effect on Employee Turnover Intention. Commitment, Work Family Conflict and Corporate Image simultaneously influence Employee Turnover Intention, with an R value of 0.809, where the value of this coefficient indicates the effect of Commitment, Work Family Conflict and Corporate Image on Employee Turnover Intention of 80.9% on Employee Turnover Intention which means quite strong. The Adjusted R Square value is 65.5%, while the remaining 34.5% is influenced by other variables not explained in this study.
