The clean air is crucial for the survival of all living beings, including humans. The Green Open Space (RTH), as the lungs of the city, recycle CO2 gas into O2. Economic valuation is a method to assign a numerical value to goods and services derived from natural resources. Due to the lack of attention to the importance of vegetation on the USU Padang Bulan campus, an economic valuation of the environmental services provided by campus vegetation needs to be conducted. This research was located at the University of North Sumatra (USU) Padang Bulan campus with the aim of determining the economic value of campus vegetation in providing clean air services on the USU campus and identifying the factors that influence respondents' willingness to pay for vegetation as a provider of clean air on the USU campus. The method used to obtain the logistic regression model of WTP is binary logistic regression with the forward method. The results showed that the average WTP for clean air environmental services on the USU Padang Bulan campus was Rp. 528,560.76 per year, and the independent variables X5 (Monthly Income), X7 (Perception of vegetation's ability to supply sufficient clean air), and X8 (Perception that air quality can affect comfort) collectively influenced the dependent variable (probability of WTP) by 90.7%.
