Pemberian Beauveria, Mikoriza, Trichoderma terhadap Pertumbuhan Bibit Rhizhopora apiculata di Pulau Sembilan Kecamatan Pangkalan Susu Kabupaten Langkat
Giving of Beuaveria, Mycorrhiza, Trichoderma on Growth in Pulau Sembilan Pangkalan Susu District, Langkat regency
Abstract
Mangrove forests are the main ecosystem supporting life activities in coastal areas and play an important role in maintaining the balance of biological cycles in the environment. One aspect that affects the growth of mangroves is by administering various organisms such as Trichoderma sp, Mycorrhiza sp. and Beauveria sp. One type of mangrove that is commonly planted is Rhizophora apiculata. The purpose of this study was to determine the growth of R. apiculata seedlings treated with Trichoderma sp., Mikoriza sp. and Beauveria sp., compared to control. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) which consisted of 4 treatments with 10 repetitions. The treatments given were P0 = control, P1 = Trichoderma sp., P2 = Mikoriza sp., P3 = Beauveria sp. The results showed that the administration of Trichoderma sp., Mikoriza sp., and Beauveria sp. tended to show better plant growth than the control. The results showed that seedling height, seedling diameter, seedling wet weight, seedling dry weight and leaf area index tended to show better growth. R. apiculata seedlings treated with various types of fungi showed better seedling height, seedling diameter, number of leaves, leaf area, fresh weight and dry weight compared to the control.
