    Abstract
    Efficient management and qualified human resources are crucial for improving the productivity of Malahayati Medan Islamic Hospital. The hospital's efficiency in providing optimal services is affected by the decrease in human capital caused by the lack of human resources. To address patient dissatisfaction, it is necessary to improve the capabilities of non-medical staff. Conflict and stress within the organization are caused by a lack of communication and job pressure, which negatively impact the organizational climate. The goal is to improve the workplace atmosphere, increase effective communication, and minimize employee stress. This study aims to determine the effect of human capital and organizational climate on work productivity in employees of the malahayati Islamic Hospital Medan. the influence between human capital and organizational climate will be analyzed partially and simultaneously on employee work productivity.. The research employed a quantitative approach with an associative design. The study population consisted of all employees (n=409) at Malahayati Medan Islamic Hospital, with a sample size of 80 respondents selected using a probability sampling technique with simple random sampling. Primary data was collected through direct questionnaire distribution, while secondary data was obtained through literature review. The study employed various statistical tests, including validity, reliability, classical assumption, multiple linear regression, partial, simultaneous, and determination tests, which were processed using SPSS Version 26 software. The study results suggest that human capital has a significant positive impact on work productivity (t-count = 3.172, p < 0.05, b = 0.309). Additionally, the organizational climate also has a significant positive effect on work productivity (t-count = 2.656, p < 0.05, b = 0.214). In simultaneous testing, this study found that human capital and organizational climate variables have a combined influence of 30.7%, while the remaining 69.3% is influenced by external factors.
