Peranan Fasilitas Kantor terhadap Pelayanan Pegawai pada Bagian Penyelenggara Balai Besar Pelatihan Vokasi dan Produktivitas Medan

Abstract

The research aims to determine and describe the role of office facilities on services off employee the Organizer Section of the Vocational and Productivity Training Center Medan. The data collection techniques was by distributing questionnaires to 10 employees in the Organizing Section of the Medan Vocational and Productivity Training Center. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive research. The results showed that the role of office facilities in the Organizing Section of the Vocational Training and Productivity Center Medan plays an important role in the services provided by employees.
