One of the recommended relaxation techniques to get rid of dysmenorrhea is yoga. One of the recommended relaxation techniques to get rid of dysmenorrhea is yoga. Yoga exercise is a relaxation technique that can reduce pain because it will make the body produce endorphins. The purpose of this senior practicum is to provide information and understanding on how to reduce dysmenorrhea with yoga exercises with a nursing care approach. Nursing care was carried out from July 3 - until July 28, 2023. The methodology in this senior practice was a case study involving three clients being managed with dysmenorrhea problems. The three clients were taught and motivated to do regular yoga exercises three times a week for 30 minutes. The results of nursing care showed that the three clients were able to understand and do yoga well and obtained an average score of dysmenorrhea pain intensity before doing yoga with a scale range of 7 to 8 and after doing yoga it decreased to a scale of 3 to 4. It is expected that the client will keep doing regular and sustainable yoga exercises
