Dampak Perceived Usefulness terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna Aplikasi Dana pada Mahasiswa Universitas Sumatera Utara

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the impact of perceived usefulness on user satisfaction of the Dana application among students at the University of North Sumatra. Perceived usefulness is an important concept in the Technology Acceptance Model which measures the extent to which users feel that a technology or application helps them achieve their goals. In the context of this research, the Dana application is used as a case study to explore student perceptions of the application's usefulness. The research method used is a survey using a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. The research sample consisted of students from the University of North Sumatra who used the Dana application in their daily lives. The collected data was analyzed using statistical techniques to test the relationship between perceived usefulness and user satisfaction. The results of this research show that there is a significant positive relationship between the perceived usefulness of the Dana application and user satisfaction of students at the University of North Sumatra. These findings have important implications for application developers and financial service providers in improving the quality of their applications to better meet the needs and expectations of users, especially among students.
