Pengaruh Kerja Sama Tim terhadap Produktivitas Kerja di Kantor DPRD Kota Medan

Abstract

Good teamwork can affect employee work productivity. This study aims to determine how the influence of teamwork on work productivity in the Medan City DPRD office. In this case, the object seen for productivity is to look at one of the activities in the Medan City DPRD Office, namely council recess activities, where these activities require good teamwork. The resource persons in this study were employees of the Medan City DPRD office. Human resources are the most important assets in a company in achieving its goals and objectives. This study uses descriptive qualitative research, where this study shows that teamwork at the Medan City DPRD office has established good teamwork so that it can increase employee work productivity.
