dc.description.abstractThe Master of Management program is one of the popular programs among professionals. The Master of Management program at the University of North Sumatra has experienced fluctuations in the number of applicants fi·om year to yea,: Fluctuations in applicants can reflect changes in the perception or image of the program from the general public and prospective students. There are several approaches that universities can take to maintain their sustainability in the field of education, one of which is by considering the role of universities in viewing students as customers, focusing on their satisfaction and needs. This research aims to explore the factors influencing student satisfaction, including service attributes, costs, and outcomes obtained from higher education pursued in the Master of Management program at the University of North Sumatra. This study aims to analyze the satisfaction of Master of Management students at the University of North Sumatra regarding various factors, using multivariate regression methods and descriptive statistical analysis. The results obtained from this study indicate that Master of Management students at the University of North Sumatra consider cost to be the most influential factor in their satisfaction with the MM USU program .en_US
