dc.description.abstract | The purpose of writing this final project is to find out the service system at the Karo Regency Library and Archives Service. This study used data collection methods which were observations, interviews, and literature studies. The results of this study explained the user service system at the Karo Regency Library and Archives Service consists of six services, namely circulation services, reference services, internet services, mobile car services, and social inclusion-based services. This study suggested making the relevance of the collection available to users so that users can utilize the available collections. In addition, there is a need for the provision of an online catalogue system so that users can easily search for library materials. | en_US |
