This study aims to analyze the influence of institutional ownership, size, growth, and company performance on executive compensation in banking companies from 2018 to 2022. The population of this study consists of banking companies in Indonesia listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2018 to 2022, totaling 47 companies. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, resulting in 36 companies with 180 data for analysis. The type of research used is causal associative research. The data used in this study are secondary data. The results of this study indicate that company size and performance have a significant positive influence on executive compensation in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2018 to 2022. Institutional ownership and company growth do not have a significant positive influence on executive compensation
