dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the implementation and mechanism for applying home ownership credit at Bank Tabungan Negara medan branch office. The data used in this study is secondary data obtainded through the official website of Bank Tabungan Negara. The research method used is a qualitative method, using data that has been collected and case studies. The result of the mechanism non subsidy home ownership product in general are application for financing , provision of data and information, data verification, detailed data entry, data entry review, validation and data assignment, appraisal order, collateral assessment, analysis and recommendations, if not appropriate, give a rejection letter, if appropriate, give approval, write down and send SP3K, contract, administrative management, supervision and settlementen_US
