Pengaruh Komisaris Independen, Kemampuan Manajerial, Kepemilikan Institusional dan Ukuran Perusahaan terhadap Sinkronisitas Harga Saham Pada Perusahaan Property and Real Estate yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) Periode 2018-2022

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of independent commissioners, managerial ability, institutional ownership, and company size on stock price synchronicity. The sampling technique in the study used purposive sampling where out of 92 companies there were 22 companies as research samples with 5 years of observation. The data used in the study is secondary data derived from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018-2022. The data analysis techniques used in this study are descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, panel data regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that partially, independent commissioners, managerial ability, and company size have no effect on stock price synchronicity, while institutional ownership has a positive effect on stock price synchronicity.
