Prosedur Penyusunan Anggaran Kegiatan Sosper Sekretariat DPRD Provinsi Sumatera Utara

Abstract

The People's Representative Council of the Republic of Indonesia (DPR RI) is one of the highest state institutions in the Indonesian constitutional system and is a people's representative body. In carrying out activities, especially DPRD members in North Sumatra Province also make regular working visits for an example is a dissemination of legislation. Visits are made a maximum of 4 times a month. Prior to carrying out a field visit, DPRD members must follow standard operating procedures, namely submitting a written official letter with the knowledge of their respective coordinators and DPRD chairman. Qualitative research methods were used in its preparation. Specifically, the purpose of qualitative research methods is research methods from the specific to the general. With the help of qualitative methods, the writer can understand the social conditions and assumptions studied, and finally develop a model of theoretical relations.
