Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the effectiveness of administrative services which include membership correspondence, membership administration and membership reporting at the North Sumatra Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights. The focus of this research is the effectiveness of administrative services at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights in realizing good governance. The population in this study were all employees of the Ministry of Law and Human Right in North Sumatera with a sample of 16 people. Data collection for this research used a questionnaire, while data analysis in this research used qualitative methods. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that there is an influence of effectiveness in administrative services at the North Sumatra Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights on employee satisfaction at the North Sumatra Ministry of Law and Human Rights Regional Office, namely using an online service system and using one stop service at the internal and external service levels. , and all service processes are free of charge. With administrative services that are considered very effective and good, the North Sumatra Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights has implemented the concept of good governance.
