Pengaruh Kepemilikan Institusional, Umur Perusahaan, Debt to Equity Ratio,Tangibilitas, dan Ukuran Perusahaan terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan Perbankan yang Terdaftar di BEI Tahun 2019-2022

Abstract

This study aims to collect empirical evidence related to the effect of institutional ownership, firm age, debt to equity ratio, tangibility, and company size on the performance of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019 2022. This research is a causal research which uses banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019 2022 as the population in this study. In t his study the method used for sampling is purposive sampling, to get 20 samples of companies that meet the criteria so that the number of observations in this study is 80 data. This research obtained results where institutional ownership has no effect on company performance, company age has a positive and significant effect on company performance,debt to equity ratio ne gative and significant effect on company performance,tangibility has a negative and significant effect on company performance, and company size has no effect on company performance. In this study it was also produced that institutional ownership, company a ge, debt to equity ratio, tangibility, and company size have a simultaneous influence on the performance of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019 2022 as measured using the balanced scorecard.
