Layanan Referensi pada Perpustakaan Universitas HKBP Nommensen Medan

Abstract

This final project was conducted at the HKBP Nommensen University Library Medan. The purpose of writing this final project is to examine the reference services at the HKBP Nommensen University Library Medan. This study employed observation, interviews, literature review, and documentation. Findings revealed that the HKBP Nommensen University Library reference services aim to facilitate effective utilization of information resources, enhance information literacy, and address users' information needs. Services encompass assistance in locating various information sources like books, journals, and databases, as well as addressing reference inquiries and resolving reference issues.
