The Effect of Net Interest Margin, Liquidity, Capitalization, Non Performing Loan, and Firm Size on Capital Adequacy Ratio in Banking Companies Listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange for The Period 2019- 2022
Abstract
Business operation that run by banks is usually influenced by the big or
small the capital that owned for the sustainability of the banks business. By
trading the credit to customers, the banks need the capital and the liquid capital
exchange, in order to rairing the profit faster and the fund exchange is more
liquid. But unpredictably the crisis came with bad effect for the economic of The
community and impacted the economic faint of a country. This crisis is eventually
weaken the ability of community to pay back their obligation to the banks, and so
the banks become less of the capital and business operation is impacted so the
capital became less. The result of this study is to show that net interest margin,
liquidity, capitalization, have positive impact on capital adequacy ratio.
Meanwhile non performing loan and firm size have the negative impact on capital
adequacy ratio.
