Pengaruh Pertumbuhan Perusahaan, Profitabilitas, Ukuran Perusahaan, Struktur Aset dan Kepemilikan Manajerial terhadap Struktur Modal pada Perusahaan Perbankan yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2018-2021

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of company growth, profitability, company size, asset structure and managerial ownership on the capital structure of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2021 period both partially and simultaneously. This type of research is quantitative research. The population used in this study amounted to 47 banking companies. The sample was selected using the purposive sampling method so that 43 banking companies were obtained as samples for 4 years of observation (2018-2021). The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that simultaneously company growth, profitability, company size, asset structure and managerial ownership have a significant influence on capital structure, while partially showing that company growth, asset structure has a negative and significant effect on capital structure variables, profitability has a negative and insignificant effect on capital structure variables, company size has a positive and significant effect on capital structure variables, while managerial ownership has a positive and insignificant effect on capital structure variables.
