The objective of the research is to formulate an accurate strategy for increasing the
satisfaction of service users in the Dapodik section of the Education dan Culture
Agency, Medan. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach.
Describing the research result involved using various scientific methods and valid,
accurate data in the form of narative or words. The data were gathered using
various techniques and instruments for gathering the data. The result of the
research shows that the service provided by the Dapodik Section of the Education
dan Culture Agency, Medan for its service users is properly adequate and
satisfactory even though some crucial aspects concerning personnel’s disclipines,
on time service, service space comfort, and technological problems should be
improved. The result of SWOT analysis shows that the position of the Dapodik
Section of the Education dan Culture Agency, Medan is between “Weakness” and
“Opportunity” which indicates that the strategy of WO is accurately placed in the
Dapodik Section of the Education dan Culture Agency, Medan.
