Pengaruh Profitabilitas, Struktur Modal, Ukuran Perusahaan, dan Kebijakan Dividen terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada Perusahaan Tekstil dan Garment yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2015-2019

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, capital structure, company size, and dividend policy on firm value in textile and garment companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research was conducted at Textile and Garment companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, which were selected from the population of Textile and Garment companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Research has been carried out in the time period from July to October 2020. The population in this study were all Textile and Garment companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange totaling 15 companies that were included in the sample criteria, so that the sample in this study was 15 Textile and Garment companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with the total number of observations being 15 companies x 5 years period = 75 observations. In this study, the data used is secondary data obtained from various sources, such as publications from the government, organizations, and previous research relevant to the research topic. Secondary data has the advantage of being able to save time and costs in collecting data and obtaining extensive and reliable data. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that Profitability partially has no effect on firm value in Textile and Garment companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Capital Structure partially affects the value of the company in Textile and Garment companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Company Size partially affects the value of companies in Textile and Garment companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Dividend Policy partially has no effect on firm value in Textile and Garment companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
