Pengaruh Pelaksanaan Program Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja serta Disiplin Kerja terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan pada Perumda Tirtanadi Kantor Pusat

Abstract

As a Regional Owned Enterprise of North Sumatra Province which operates in the field of facilities, infrastructure and management of clean water for the community with the aim of improving community welfare which includes social, welfare and public service aspects, Perumda Tirtanadi Head Office should increase employee productivity. so that the company's operational activities can run smoothly and company productivity can be achieved optimally as expected. This research aims to determine the influence of occupational safety and health as well as work discipline on employee work productivity at Perumda Tirtanadi Head Office. This type of research is quantitative research with an associative approach. The sample used in the research was 87 employees of Perumda Tirtanadi Head Office. Through these results, sampling techniques are needed so that the selected samples can truly represent the population and answer the problems in the research. The sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling. Data collection techniques use questionnaires and data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The results of this research show that occupational safety and health have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity at Perumda Tirtanadi Head Office. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity at Perumda Tirtanadi Head Office. Occupational safety and health as well as work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity at Perumda Tirtanadi Head Office. The results of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 67.7% indicate that occupational safety and health and work discipline have a significant influence on employee work productivity at Perumda Tirtanadi Head Office.
