dc.description.abstract | Human Resource Management (HRM) is a very important component in an organization because it is directly involved in the running of organizational activities and plays a role in achieving organizational goals. In a company, employees are active actors in every company activity. One company that considers HRM important is PT Berkat Karunia Phala.
This research aims to analyze the influence of organizational support, organizational commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on improving employee performance at PT Berkat Karunia Phala. The influence of organizational support, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior will be analyzed partially and simultaneously.
This research uses quantitative methods with an associative approach, involving 50 employees as research samples. The sampling technique is saturated sampling. The data collection used was a questionnaire using a likert scale which was distributed to repondents directly. The data analysis technique uses instrument validity and reliability testing, classical assumption testing and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS.
The results of the research conducted show that the variables organizational support, organizational commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) have a sidnificant effect on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. The coefficient of determination test in this study show that the r value is 0,797, this means that the relationship between organizational support, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance is quite close. The coefficient of determination obtained was 0,635, which shows the magnitude of the influence that organizational support, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior have on employee performance, which is 63,5%, while the remaining 36,5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research. | en_US |
