dc.description.abstract | Human Resource Management (HRM) is an understanding of the management of people who work in an organization in the form of a relationship between work and workers (employer-employee), and especially as an effort to achieve organizational goals and in order to realize satisfaction. HRM is the process of hiring, training, evaluating, and rewarding employees, as well as paying attention to their labor management, health and safety, and fairness issues.
This research aims to analyze how the influence of work life balance and job burnout on employee work productivity at PT. Mas Indopratama's World. Influence work life balance and job burnout These will be analyzed partially and simultaneously.
This research uses quantitative methods with an associative approach, involving 50 employees as research samples. The sampling technique is saturated sampling. The data collection used was a questionnaire using a Likert scale which was distributed to respondents directly. The data analysis technique uses validity and reality instrument testing, classical assumption testing and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS.
The results of the research conducted show that variables work life balance and job burnout has a significant effect on employee work productivity, both partially and simultaneously. The coefficient of determination test in this study shows that the r result is 0.460, this means that there is a relationship work life balance and job burnout quite closely to employee work productivity. The coefficient of determination value obtained was 0.178 which shows that the influence value work life balance (X1), and job burnout (X2), on work productivity (Y) is 17.8% and the remaining 82.2% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research. | en_US |
