    Abstract
    Oryctes rhinoceros Nudivirus (OrNV) is one of the entomopathogenic viruses that infect larvae and adult O. rhinoceros. This study aims to determine the virulence level of OrNV local isolates from Tinjowan and Bahilang plantations against Oryctes rhinoceros larvae. The research was conducted from January to April 2023 in the PT. Nusa Pusaka Kencana laboratory in the Bahilang plantation. The study employed a Factorial Randomized Block Design (RBD) with two treatments: Concentration (OrNV 10, 15, 20g/100 ml water) and Larvae (instar 1, 2, and 3 of O. rhinoceros).The research findings showed that the highest percentage of mortality (85%) was recorded in the treatment (concentration 20g/100ml larvae instar 1 from Bahilang), and the lowest (20%) in the treatment (concentration 10g/100ml larvae instar 3). The quickest onset of OrNV attack symptoms (3 days) was observed in the treatment (concentration 15g/100ml larvae instar 1) from the Bahilang plantation, while the slowest onset (25 days) was in the treatment (concentration 10g/100ml larvae instar 3) from the Bahilang plantation.The fastest lethal time (lt50) values (8.10 days) were obtained in the treatment with the OrNV isolate from the Bahilang plantation against instar 1 larvae with a concentration of 20g/100ml, and the longest (70 days) was recorded in the treatment with the OrNV isolate from the Tinjowan plantation against instar 3 larvae with a concentration of 10g/100ml. The lowest lethal concentration (lc50) value (12.50g/ml) was found in the OrNV isolate from the Bahilang plantation against instar 1 larvae, and the highest concentration (18.00g/100ml) was found in the OrNV isolate from the Tinjowan plantation against instar 3 larvae.
