A health problem in school-aged children is related to the hygiene of individuals and environment, and one them the habit of CTPS (washing hands with soap). 84.4% of children highly adhere to hand hygiene and self-efficacy which indicates that the higher the self-efficacy is, the more adhere the children to hand hygiene. The objective of the research is to analyze the effect of creativity video on the level of self-efficacy and knowledge of hand washing in school-aged children at SDN 104190, Paluh Kurau Village. The research uses quantitative pre experimental design method with one group pretest-posttest approach design. The samples are 50 respondents, taken by using total sampling technique. The research instruments are questionnaire on the level of self-efficacy and knowledge of hand washing. The research result shows that 31 respondents (62%) have high level of self-efficacy in the pre-intervention, 49 respondents (98%) have high level of self-efficacy in the post-intervention, 16 respondents (32%) have good knowledge of washing their hands in the pre-intervention, 44 respondents (88%) have good knowledge about washing their hands in the post-intervention. The result of paired t-test shows that p-value is 0.000 (p<0.005). It can he concluded that there is an effect of creativity video on the level of self-efficacy and knowledge of hand washing in the students of SDN 104190 of Paluh Kurau Village. It can be said that the higher the level value of self-efficacy is, the higher the value of knowledge of hand washing in school-aged children. In other words, the higher one's level of self-efficacy is, the more increasing his/her capability of knowing about hand washing in school-aged children.
