Analysis of the Influence of Work Life Balance and Work Environment on Turnover Intention (Study of Employees at Central Sumut Bank)
Abstract
Employees have an important role in the sustainability of every company. However, the absence of a good Work Life Balance and Work Environment will make every employee feel stressed and make every employee feel uncomfortable at work and this will make employees want to carry out Turnover Intention.
This research aims to determine the influence of Work Life Balance on Turnover Intention among employees at Bank North Sumatra. To find out the influence of the Work Environment on Turnover Intention among employees at Central Sumut Bank and to analyze the influence of Work Life Balance and Work Environment on Turnover Intention among employees at Central Sumut Bank.
This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were employees at the Central North Sumatra Bank. The sample taken in this research was 31 people in the Human Resources Division. The sampling technique in this research was measured using a Likert scale. The data analysis methods used in this research are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Analysis, and Hypothesis Testing using SPSS.
The results of this research show that Work Life Balance and Work Environment have an influence on Turnover Intention. The coefficient of determination value shows that Work Life Balance (X1) and Work Environment (X2) have an influence on Turnover Intention (Y) by 41.5%, while the remaining 58.5% are contributions or other factors not included in this study. The results of the research above mean that the variables Work Life Balance (X1) and Work Environment (X2) are able to influence Turnover Intention (Y)
