The production of Arabica coffee is relatively low, so it is necessary to evaluate fertilizer doses to meet the macro nutrient needs of Arabica coffee plants in Siatas Barita, Sipahutar, Parmonangan, Pagaran and Tarutung Districts. This research aims to determine the relationship between soil macro nutrient content (N, P, K, and S) on the production of Arabica coffee plants in several sub-districts in North Tapanuli Regency. This research was carried out in Siatas Barita, Sipahutar, Parmonangan, Pagaran, and Tarutung sub-districts. from April 2023 to March 2024. This research uses descriptive analytical methods by taking soil samples randomly. Likewise, production data using the same method from 5 coffee tree samples. Macro nutrient data was classified as low, medium and high and then regressed on the weight of 100 dry seeds and production per hectare through multiple linear regression using SOSSv.22. The research results showed that the content of K-total and S-total nutrients in the soil significantly increased productivity and only K-total nutrients significantly increased the weight of 100 dry Arabica coffee beans. Regression analysis shows that the characteristics of macro nutrients on the weight of 100 dry beans have a positive effect or can increase the weight of 100 dry beans of Arabica coffee, and the characteristics of macro nutrients on the productivity of Arabica coffee have a positive effect or can increase Arabica coffee production.
