dc.description.abstractSoybean is an important crop in meeting food needs in order to improve community nutrition, because it is a relatively cheap source of vegetable protein compared to other protein sources such as meat, milk, and fish. Soybean seed protein content is approximately 35%, carbohydrates 35%, and fat 15%. In addition, soybeans also contain minerals such as calcium, phosphorus, iron, vitamins A and B. This study aims to determine the effect of doses of cow manure and SP-36 fertilizer on the growth and production of soybean plants (Glycine max L.).This study used a Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) with 2 factors. The first factor is the dose of cow manure with 3 dose levels, namely: 0; 12.5; and 25 tons/ha. The second factor is the dose of SP-36 fertilizer with 4 dose levels, namely: 0; 100; 200; and 300 kg/ha.The results of the study showed the provision of cow manure 12.5 tons/ha significantly accelerated the harvest age and increased the fresh weight of the roots.25 tons/ha cow manure significantly increased plant height 6 weeks after planting(WAP), number of leaves 6 WAP, number of productive branches, shoot fresh weight, shoot dry weight, root dry weight, pod weight per plant, number of pods per plant, seed weight per plant, 100 seed weight and seed yield per plot.The application of SP-36 fertilizer 200 kg/ha significantly increased plant height and SP 36 fertilizer 300 kg/ha significantly accelerated flowering age.The interaction of cow manure and SP-36 had no significant effect on all parameters observed.en_US
