Seleksi Karakter Agronomi Kedelai (Glycine Max [L.] Merril)) pada Keturunan F3 Melalui Pemuliaan Organik

Abstract

The aim of this research is to obtain selected individual selection based on pod production and flowering age in F3 progeny soybean plants results of crossing Anjasmoro with Grobogan. This research was carried out on land located at Jalan Pasar 1 no 296, Tj Sari, Medan Selayang with two different cultivations, namely organic and non-organic cultivation get the selection results using the observed parameters of seed weight and number of pods with a selection intensity of 20%. The selection characters selected in the F3 generation are seed weight and number of pods. These characters are representative for carrying out selection activities and producing good individuals in the next population. This study obtained relatively moderate and low heritability which was influenced by the large environmental variation. The results of this seed will continue until the F6 offspring, producing uniform characters.
