The Influence of Job Training and Knowledge Sharing on The Performance of Employees of The Human Resources Section of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan
Abstract
Performance is the result of quality and quantity work achieved by an
employee in carrying out his basic duties and functions as an employee in
accordance with the responsibilities assigned or given to him. Performance can
be influenced by various factors in the company, including work training provided
by companies and knowledge sharing between employees.
This research aims to analyze how the effect of job training and knowledge
sharing has on the performance of PT HR employees. Nusantara Plantation III
(Persero). The effect between job training and knowledge sharing will be
analyzed partially and simultaneously on performance.
The form of research used in this study is quantitative research with an
associative approach. Sampling is done through a saturated sample technique
sample and uses 31 respondents as samples. Data collection used is a
questionnaire using a likert scale. Data analysis techniques use reliability validity
instrument tests, classic assumption tests and hypothesis tests using multiple
linear regression analysis using SPSS.
The results of this study indicate that job training and knowledge sharing
have a significant effect both partially and together on Behavior's Organizational
Citizenship on PT HR employees. Nusantara III Plantation (Persero) of 76.0 %.
This means that work training behavior and knowledge shared by employees have
greatly affected performance, the more often employees attend job training and
the more familiarize knowledge sharing between employees, the more
performance.
