One of the plantation commodities that has an important role in the Indonesian economy is palm oil. This research used a non-factorial Randomized Block Design (RBD) which was repeated in 3 repetitions with 5 treatments, namely: Giving 100% Potassium from KCl, Giving 100% Potassium from Polyhalite Fertilizer, Giving 75% Potassium from KCl + 25% Potassium from Polyhalite Fertilizer , Giving 50% Potassium from KCl + 50% Potassium from Polyhalite Fertilizer, Giving 25% Potassium from KCl + 75% Potassium from Polyhalite Fertilizer. The research was carried out in Paluh Merbau Village, Percut District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province, 3o 43'13.6”N 98o44'28.5”E, starting from March 2023 to September 2023. The result showed that polyhalite fertilizer was able to increase the number and weight of oil palm fresh fruit bunches in saline soil at 18 MSP and 16 MSP, respectively. Polyhalite fertilizer is able to replace the role of KCl fertilizer in saline soil with a combination treatment of both, namely the provision of 50% Potassium from KCl and 50% Potassium from Polyhalite.en_US
