This study aims to determine the relationship of soil NPK nutrient status to tomato (Solanum lycopersicum L.) production in Karo Regency. The research method used survey method, in 30 farmers' tomato fields, 17 villages from 6 sub-districts in Karo Regency. Soil samples were collected from tomato fields using the zigzag method. Observed variables were N-Total (%), P-Available (ppm), and K-Exchange (me/100g). Data on tomato production was taken from farmer interviews. The results showed that most of the farmers' land had moderate N, very low P, and low K nutrient status. And the results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that there was no effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable with the Adjusted R Square value of -0.051 with the regression equation Y = 42.167-8.494(X1)+0.051(X2) 2.919(X3), where partially it was known that there was no influence between the two variables.en_US
