dc.description.abstract | Pakcoy plants (Brassica rapa subs chinensis L.) are horticultural vegetable crops that experience high demand, especially in Indonesia. Along with the increase in public demand for pakcoy plants, it is necessary to take action to increase the growth and production of pakcoy plants by increasing the use of organic fertilizers and reducing the dose of chemical fertilizers. In this research, it is necessary to balance the use of inorganic and organic fertilizers as an effort to increase the production of Pakcoy plants which are directly related to improving soil physical properties and increasing organic matter in the soil. This research was carried out on the campus of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of North Sumatra at an altitude of 25 meters above sea level which began in November 2023 until January 2024.This research uses a Factorial Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) consisting of 2 factors, namely: Factor I: Dose of NPK Fertilization with 3 levels P1: 400 kg/Ha P2: 800 kg/Ha P3: 1200 kg/Ha Factor II: POC Fertilization Concentration with 4 levels, namely W0: 0 ml/liter W1: 3.5 ml/liter W2: 5 ml/liter W3: 6.5 ml/liter The results of the research conducted that the provision of NPK fertilizer has a significant effect on the parameters of the number of leaves, crown wet weight, root wet weight, crown dry weight, root dry weight, plant wet weight, plant dry weight, and harvest weight. The provision Concentration of POC has a significant effect on the parameters of plant height, number of leaves, stem diameter, crown wet weight, root wet weight, crown dry weight, root dry weight, plant wet weight and plant dry weight, and harvest weight while the interaction of the two has a significant effect on crown dry weight, plant dry weight, harvest weight. Based on the results of the study, the treatment of NPK 1200 kg/Ha (P3) + POC 6.5 ml/Liter (W3) gave the best results on the growth and production of pakcoy mustard. | en_US |
