dc.description.abstractGlobalization brings about very rapid changes in the business environment and increasing competition. These changes present a new challenge for every company to be able to survive and be the best. Human Resources (HR) are one of the critical factors in the success of a company. Employees play a crucial role as thinkers, planners, drivers, and active controllers of company activities. Therefore, companies need to give special attention to their employees, where employees are not just assets but also partners in the business. The purpose of this study analyze how the impact of remuneration, work engagement, and job promotion on employee morale at PT. Alamjaya Wirasentosa. The impact of remuneration, work engagement, and job promotion will be analyzed both partially and simultaneously on employee morale. The research method used in this research is quantitative research with an associative approach. The sample was taken through purposive sampling with 76 respondents as the sample. Primary data in this research was obtained through direct questionnaire distribution, interviews, and observation, while secondary data was obtained through literature studies. The data analysis method used is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis test. The results of the research conducted show that the variables remuneration (X1), work engagement (X2), and job promotion (X3) significantly influence employee morale, and all free variables simultaneously influence employee morale. The coefficient of determination shows a strong relationship between remuneration (X1), work engagement (X2), and job promotion (X3) and employee morale with an R value of 0.734. Through the adjusted R square, it is also known that the variables remuneration (X1), work engagement (X2), and job promotion (X3) contribute 52% to the variable employee morale, while the rest 48% is also influenced by other variables not discussed in this research.en_US
