Pengaruh Kualitas Sistem Informasi dan Kualitas Informasi terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna Sistem Informasi Akuntansi pada PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional I

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Information System Quality and Information Quality on User Satisfaction of Accounting Information Systems at PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional I. The population in this study were 123 employees who were in the accounting and finance department at PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional I. Through the Slovin calculation, a sample size of 55 was obtained and the sample selection was based on probability sampling techniques. The data used is primary data obtained through a questionnaire measured using a Likert scale. The data obtained is processed using IBM SPSS 25 with several analysis techniques, namely instrument testing, descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. This study found that partially the quality of information systems and information quality have a positive effect on user satisfaction with accounting information systems at PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional I. Simultaneously, information system quality and information quality effect user satisfaction with accounting information systems at PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional I with a coefficient of determination of 62.4%.
