    Abstract
    Clean water is a necessity that humans need most for survival, where without the availability of clean water, in terms of quality and quantity, humans will have negative impacts such as causing itching on the body. Water demand will continue to increase and is directly proportional to the increase in population in certain areas. A clean water supply system that is beneficial to the community must be carried out by monitoring and controlling the quality of the performance of the equipment itself. Service performance indicators in providing clean water can be done by knowing quality, quantity, coverage, continuity and financing. The research location was carried out in Padang Hilir District. From the research results, it was found that the population in Padang Hilir District was 34,046 people and the population served was 2,290 people (458 connections). The average air usage in Padang Hilir District is 95.79 liters/person/day. The data that has been collected is processed and analyzed using EPANET 2.0. The results of the execution of the EPANET program showed that the highest pressure during peak hours was -1.75 meters and the lowest was -22.64 meters. Meanwhile, the drainage system in Padang Hilir District uses pumps and PVC pipes. So an additional pump is needed that can be used to meet air needs during peak hours.
