dc.description.abstractIn the implementation of construction projects, labor productivity is very influential on the speed of time in carrying out work to achieve maximum results. So it is necessary to conduct research to determine labor productivity and labor time with coefficients obtained based on calculations and observations. The analysis is only carried out on the level of productivity and time spent on carrying out work items and also to compare the calculation results with the results of AHSP PUPR 2022. The work items are the concrete structure of beams and columns of the 3rd floor and 4th floor. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the total value of labor productivity on the 3rd floor column work is 1,428.81 m³/day and the 4th floor is 912.93 m³/day, while on the 3rd floor beam work is 25,127.395 m³/day and on the 4th floor is 2,803.1643 m³/day. Coefficient value on the 3rd floor column work is 2.78 OH and on the 4th floor is 2.954 OH. The number of days required for the 3rd and 4th floor column concreting work is approximately 60 days, for formwork work is approximately 8 days, while for casting work is 1 day. The number of days spent on beam concreting work on floors 3 and 4 is 60 days, casting work is 1 day and for formwork work for approximately 114 days.en_US
