dc.description.abstractThe progress of a company or organization is supported by the quality of human resource performance. Human resources refer to all the potential that each individual has to be able to face competition in the era of increasingly tight globalization. Human resources who have high skills and quality are used as valuable assets for an organization. The purpose of this study analyze how Total Quality Management (TQM) and self efficacy affect employee performance PT. Bakrie Sumatera Plantations Tbk Kisaran. The effect of Total Quality Management (TQM) and Self Efficacy will be analyzed individually and simultaneously on employee performance. The form of research used in this study is quantitative research with an associative approach. Sampling was done through simple random sampling technique with 51 respondents as samples. Primary data used in this study were obtained by distributing questionnaires directly, while secondary data were obtained through literature studies. The data analysis methods used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, and hypothesis testing. The results of the research conducted show that the variables of Total Quality Management (TQM) and self efficacy have a significant effect on employee performance and all independent variables simultaneously (simultaneously) affect employee performance. The coefficient of determination test shows that there is a fairly close relationship between Total Quality Management (TQM) and self efficacy on employee performance with an R value of 0,678. Through the adjusted R square value, it is also known that the variable between total quality management and self efficacy contributes 43,7%, to the remaining employee work loyalty variable of 56,3% which is influenced by other variables not discussed in this study.en_US
