    Abstract
    The healthcare industry has undergone many changes, such as increased demand for healthcare services, stricter regulatory demands, and a shift towards more engagement. Organizational Citizenship Behavior is a form of employee behavior that is outside the job description because the initiative and feelings of satisfaction increase the effectiveness of the company. There are several things that can increase Organizational Citizenship Behavior behavior in employees, namely the influence of Transformational Leadership leaders who can provide positive examples to employees and by using the concept of Procedural Justice to see the company's attitude in implementing a performance system within the company. This study aims to determine how the influence of Transformational Leadership and Procedural Justice on Organizational Citizenship Behavior in Delia General Hospital Employees of Langkat Regency which will be analyzed partially and simultaneously on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The form of research used in this study is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The population used in this study were employees of Delia General Hospital Employees of Langkat Regency, with a sample of 62 respondents with sampling techniques using the sloven formula. Primary data obtained through direct questionnaire distribution and secondary data obtained through literature study. The data analysis method used is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, partial test, simultaneous test, and coefficient of determination test and processed through SPSS 27. The results of this study indicate that the independent variable Transformational Leadership (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Y) obtained tcount value of 5,464 > ttable = 2,001 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. Procedural Justice (X2) also has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Y) with tcount value of 6,223 > ttable = 2,001 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. In simultaneous testing, the Transformational Leadership and Procedural Justice variables simultaneously influence with an influence level of 67.8%, the rest is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
