dc.description.abstract | An effective Supply Chain Management (SCM) affects various operational and financial aspects of construction companies, and enables the achievement of competitive advantage and improves company performance. Competitive advantage in Supply Chain Management (SCM) can help service companies in service and product differentiation, increasing operational effectiveness and efficiency, as well as increasing customer/service user satisfaction and maintaining their performance in the construction services industry.
This study aims to determine how the effect of supply chain management (SCM) on competitive advantage and the effect of Supply Chain Management (SCM) on company performance at PT Mitra Rasa Teknik Karya. The research will be analyzed partially on each dependent variable.
This research uses quantitative methods with an associative approach. Sampling using purposive sampling technique with pre-survey method so that a sample of 40 respondents was obtained. The primary data used was obtained from distributing questionnaires directly at the company and through google form, while secondary data was obtained from the tender manager and office manager of PT Mitra Rasa Teknik Karya and through literature studies. The data analysis technique uses instrument test, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, simple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing with the help of SPSS 25.
The results showed that Supply Chain Management (SCM) had a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage with a tcount greater than the ttable value of 4.808 (4.808> 2.026), while the significant value obtained was 0.001 <0.05 and Supply Chain Management (SCM) had a positive and significant effect on company performance with a tcount greater than the ttable value of 2.837 (2.837> 2.026), while the significant value obtained was 0.007 <0.05. | en_US |
