    Abstract
    This research aims to determine the influence of Employee Engagement and job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in Non-Civil Servant Government Employees at the office of the Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN) Medan City. This research is associative research. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained directly from respondents and secondary data is data obtained from the office of the Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN) Medan City to support research. The analysis technique for this research uses descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study were non-civil servant government employees with a minimum of 3 years of work. The sample from this research was 80 Non-Civil Servant Government Employees of the office of the Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN) Medan City, and the sampling technique in this research was a saturated sample. The research results show that Employee Engagement and Job Satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Employee engagement is the independent variable that most dominantly influences Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) as the dependent variable.
