dc.description.abstract | In the Marelan field district, there are thorns around the TPA Fall. The aim of this study was to determine
the quality of the water in the pit and the bioconcentration of the metals Pb and Cd in the fish of the pit
(Oreochromis niloticus) from the pit located around the Fall TPA. Samples were taken from five pit, each
containing samples of water and the fish. (Oreochromis niloticus). For each water sample, physico-chemical
parameters such as pH, temperature, TSS, DO, and DHL are measured, and lead (Pb) and cadmium (Cd)
content in water and fish is then analyzed. Respondent data is also used to calculate intake values and realtime
risk characteristic values (RQ). The Integrated Laboratory of the University of North Sumatra will
analyze samples according to the SNI after taking them according to SNI. SPSS analysis will be widely
used, such as differential analysis (ANOVA) and calculation of bioconcentration formula (BCF), to analyze
the results of the analysis. Each respondent's pick-up value is calculated with analysis data and respondent
data. The results of the study showed that the values of Pb and Cd metals in the fish meat (Oreochromis
niloticus) exceeded the water quality standards of class II PP No. 22 Year 2022. The temperature, pH, TSS,
DO, and metal values Pb & Cd also exceed the quality standards in accordance with SNI 7387:2009 on the
Limits of Cremarance on Food Products. The results of the intake calculation and the risk characteristic
values in real time indicate that the category is NOT SAFE. | en_US |
