The aim of this research is to determine the impact and influence between credit risk, operational efficiency, capital adequacy, productive asset management capability and liquidity on profitability in conventional general banking listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2023. The benefits of this research can help business actors understand the impact of liquidity, operational effectiveness, credit risk and productive asset management on profitability. The type of data in this research is quantitative with secondary data. Data collection techniques by collecting company annual financial reports available from 2020-2023. Data analysis for this research was carried out on panel data using the Eviews program. To find out whether there is a positive or negative relationship between each independent variable and the dependent variable, as well as estimate the value of the dependent variable to increase or decrease. The results of this research are that Credit Risk has a negative and significant effect on Profitability, Operational Efficiency has a negative and significant effect on Profitability, Capital Adequacy has a negative and insignificant effect on Profitability, Productive Asset Management Ability has a positive and insignificant effect on Profitability, and Liquidity has a positive and significant effect on Profitability.
