    Abstract
Employee performance is one aspect that must be considered by the company because if the employee's performance is not appropriate, it will affect the development and progress of the company. To improve the performance of employees, assessing work attitude, and increasing organizational commitment and job satisfaction for employees is needed. This study aims to analyze how work attitude, organizational commitment and job satisfaction affect employee performance at PT Bank BTN KC Medan. The influence between work attitude, organizational commitment and job satisfaction will be analyzed partially and simultaneously on work productivity. The form of research used in this study is quantitative research with an associative approach. Sampling was done through probability sampling technique with simple random sampling and using 60 respondents as samples. Primary data in this study were obtained by distributing questionnaires directly and observation, while secondary data were obtained through literature studies. The data analysis methods used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test and hypothesis testing. The results showed that work attitude (X1), organizational commitment (X2) and job satisfaction (X3) had a significant effect both partially and simultaneously on employee performance. The coefficient of determination test shows that there is a close relationship between work attitude, organizational commitment and job satisfaction on employee performance with an R value of 0.921. Through the adjusted R square value, it is also known that the work attitude, organizational commitment and job satisfaction variables contribute 83.9% to the employee performance variable while the remaining 16.1% is influenced by other variables outside this research model.
