Abstract Objective: Understanding correlation of fatty liver with alanine transaminase, distribution frequency of patients, average value of ALT, distribution frequency of fatty liver grading and the pattern of fatty liver based on abdominal CT scan imaging. Methods: This study is a cross-sectional study. The population of this study are inpatient and outpatient who underwent abdominal CT scan in 2020 and had been diagnosed with fatty liver. The sample of this study was part of population that had met the inclusion and exclusion criteria with a total sample of 64 people. Subjects had been selected with total sampling technique. Results: From the total subject of this study of 64 people. Average age of subjects on this study is 53,67 + 10,2 years. With the youngest age is 24 years old and the oldest age is 73 years old. The largest age group are was 50 – 59 years with total subject of 31 people (48.44%). The gender distribution for female had 43 people (67.2%) and for the male had 21 people (32.80%). In this study there were 32 people (76.2%) had high ALT serum level accompanied by fatty liver. Statitstical tests showed a relationship between elevated ALT serum level and the incidents of fatty liver (p<0.001). Conclusion: In this study the mean value in fatty liver patients with ALT was 103.36 + 70.12 (Mean ± SD). In this study, 32 people had elevated serum ALT levels accompanied by fatty liver. The largest age group was 50-59 years with 31 people (48.44%). For gender distribution there were more women than men. The most common fatty liver grading in this study was grade 5. The most common fatty liver pattern was a diffuse pattern in 36 people (56.3%). Statistical tests showed a relationship between increasing serum ALT levels and the incidence of fatty liver.en_US
