Pengaruh Proporsi Dewan Komisaris Independen, Ukuran Komite Audit, Ukuran Perusahaan, dan Leverage terhadap Pembentukan Risk Management Committee pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Industri Dasar dan Kimia yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (Periode 2018 – 2022)

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to know the influence of the Proportion of Independent Commissioners, Audit Committee Size, Company Size and Leverage on the Establishment of Risk Management Committee in Basic Industrial and Chemicals Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2018-2022 period. The approach used in this study is an associative approach. The data analysis technique used in this study quantitative. Data collection techniques in this study used documentation techniques. Sampling using purposive sampling method using certain criteria. The research sample was 43 companies from 76 company samples. Data analysis method used is Logistic Regression Analysis with data processing using SPSS. The results of this study show that there is a significant influence between Company Size and Risk Management Committee on Basic Industrial and Chemical Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 period. The Proportion of the Independent Board of Commissioners, the size of Audit Committee, and the leverage do not have a significant influence on the Establishment of Risk Management Committee of Basic Industrial and Chemicals Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 period.
